Participant Agreement for Hoddevik Surf & Movement Camp through movement Oslo

By signing this document, I, the aforementioned participant, confirm that I have read, understood, and accept the following terms and conditions for my participation in the "Hoddevik Surf & Movement Camp" workshop at Movement Oslo:

Disclaimer and Acceptance of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in the "Hoddevik Surf & Movement Camp" workshop organized by Movement Oslo carries a risk of personal injury. I hereby waive any claim against Movement Oslo, its employees, directors, and agents for any such injuries that may arise as a result of my participation, whether arising from negligence or other causes. I understand and accept the risks associated with participation in this activity. I take full responsibility for my own safety and well-being during my participation in the "Hoddevik Surf & Movement Camp." I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to safely participate in the workshop.

Photo and Video Material
In connection with my participation in the "Hoddevik Surf & Movement Camp" workshop, I understand and agree that photos and videos may be taken that I may be a part of. These images and videos may be used by Movement Oslo for purposes including, but not limited to, publication on social media, marketing materials, and other forms of communication related to Movement Oslo. I hereby consent to such use of images and videos without any claim for compensation or further consent. Movement Oslo commits to using such material in a responsible and respectful manner, and will not publish material that may be considered offensive or harmful to the individuals depicted.

Use of Participant's Information
I consent to Movement Oslo collecting and using my personal information as necessary for the organization and administration of the "Hoddevik Surf & Movement Camp." This includes contact information and any other relevant details necessary for the safe and efficient conduct of the workshop. I understand that my information will not be shared with third parties beyond necessary situations related to Movement Oslo's activities, unless otherwise required by law.
